A WORLD-LEADING WEB-BASED APPLICATION FOR FILM FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT AND LOGISTICS
In 2000, Tomas Prasek helped create the world's first software system for managing film festivals. A partnership with a computer programmer who wrote it resulted in thirty festivals in 20 countries moving from Excel sheets and improvised solutions to a system with professional ambitions and global reach. The festivals' organisation improved, their impact on the festival scene increased, their exposure became wider with less effort. To put it simply, they became closer to being professionally run events.
In 2010, enriched by the experience with over 150 festival editions, aware of the dominance of web-based tools in the lives of mobile professionals, and eager to provide film festival organisers with a "survival kit" they all deserve, Tomas drove the creation of Eventival 2.0.
Our film festival management software is at your service for 365 days a year. It makes you forget installations, networks, servers, or the "PC or MAC" dilemmas. Using a common web browser, you can do all of the following, and more:
- Organise your contacts in customisable groups with real-life business cards
- Send mass emails, newsletters and festival invitations to predefined mailing groups
- Link attending film delegations with their films to have an overview of their whereabouts and duties
- Let filmmakers submit their films, and guests and participants register in real time on your website
- Keep track of your guests replies, travel, airport transfers and accommodation
- Create, assign, approve and print accreditation badges with bar codes
- Review, rate, select and program films for your online and printed schedule
- Avoid confusion with international print traffic and local print movement
- Keep track of the costs related to each film and each guest
- And ... or maybe just to take a look?
